All products are shipped from Perth Australia and will take about 7 - 10 working days to arrive in most parts of Australia. All items are shipped with Australia Post.

Returns
We offer a return policy for defective goods. If the items that you purchase are defective, just contact us and we will do an exchange with the manufacturer/distributor for you.

Return policy applies ONLY to defective products. We will not exchange any products if you have bought them by mistake.

Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Return goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging.
