BRIDGES NIGHT RIDE

Experience Perth's iconic waterways and bridges in a whole new light with the Bridges Night Ride. Choose between 40km and 70km routes along car-free pathways with full support. Perfect for serious cyclists and social riders alike.

  • Early Bird: $50 for youth (12–17 years) and $60 for adults​.
  • Standard: $60 for youth (12–17 years) and $70 for adults.
  • There will be no on-the-day signups, so be sure to register ahead of time.

Requirements:

  • Riders must be at least 18 years old to participate in the 70 km ride.
  • It is highly recommended you have BicyleNSW membership, or something similar that provides insurance.

Riders will have access to multiple rest stops with water and snacks at key locations like Elizabeth Quay and Optus Stadium, first-aid responders and emergency support throughout the course, and on-site mechanical assistance for common bike issues, ensuring a safe and well-supported night ride.

By Air

Perth Airport (PER) is 20 km away (20-30 minutes by car or taxi), with train and bus connections available, though late-evening public transport options may be limited.

By Road

  • The event starts and finishes at 48 Kishorn Road, Applecross, WA, just a 10-15 minute drive (8 km) from Perth CBD, with free parking available along Kishorn Road and nearby streets after 5:00 PM.

By Public Transport

  • Canning Bridge Station on the Mandurah Train Line is the nearest major hub, with bus routes 115, 160, 910, 148, and 158 connecting Applecross to Perth City and surrounding areas.
  • Elizabeth Quay
  • A lively waterfront precinct in Perth’s CBD, offering scenic promenades, public art, ferry rides, and dining options. At night, the skyline lights up, creating a stunning backdrop for photos and sightseeing.
