Course Description
Each course starts at Musgrave Park in South Brisbane and showcases Brisbane's beautiful bayside scenery. This year’s courses will likely have some exciting new offers. The event offers multiple course options to suit different fitness levels and cycling experience:
- 10km Family Ride: A relaxed route ideal for families and casual riders.
- 25km Ride: A scenic ride out to Balmoral, suitable for those seeking a moderate challenge.
- 50km Ride: A picturesque course to Wynnum and back, perfect for regular cyclists.
- 100km Ride: A challenging route extending to Wellington Point and Cleveland for serious riders.
130km Ride: An elite course reaching Victoria Point, featuring several inclines on the return leg.
Registration Information
Registrations for the 2025 event will open soon. Until registrations open, you can register your interest at the event webpage to receive exclusive information and early bird pricing.
Requirements:
- Age Restrictions: Minimum age requirements apply for longer distances. For example, participants must be over 18 for the 130km ride and over 16 for the 100km ride.
- Bicycle Restrictions: Certain bicycles, such as BMX and time trial bikes, are not permitted. Please refer to the event's rules and safety guidelines for detailed information.
As a fundraising event, participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of $250 to support individuals living with MS. Fundraising can be as simple as sharing your journey with friends and family.

- Refreshment Stations: Complimentary nutrition and hydration at designated points.
- Event Village: Post-ride activities, including food, drinks, live music, and massage tents.

- Over 135km of fully supported roads with traffic management, Queensland Police, Medics, event marshals, and a well-marked route.
- Rest Stops along the course with complimentary nutrition and hydration.
- The support of Bike Mechanics along the course to help with any mechanical help you may need.
- Friendly Volunteers to support you from the very start of your ride to your post ride celebrations.
- Professional photographers stationed at many points along the route ready to take your action shots. These photos will be available for purchase after the event.
