The Cardiac Challenge is a three day, 319km charity cycle from Cairns to Cooktown through the spectacular landscapes of Far North Queensland. It brings together riders of all levels to take on winding roads, rainforest and rolling hills, all in support of better cardiac care across the region.

More than a ride, it is a major fundraising effort for the Far North Queensland Hospital Foundation, helping to fund life-saving equipment and services for heart patients in the far north.
