This premium event brings together Australia's most influential business and community leaders for an unforgettable weekend that combines spectacular riding with meaningful impact.

Over its 16-year history, One Ride has welcomed more than 4,500 cyclists and raised an extraordinary $14 million for groundbreaking type 1 diabetes research. The event's unique blend of networking, challenge, and purpose creates an atmosphere that inspires participants to return year after year, building lasting connections while driving crucial scientific progress.

All proceeds support JDRF, the world's largest funder of type 1 diabetes research, working to create a future free from T1D.

Riders will experience the breathtaking landscapes of Australia's premier wine region on thoughtfully designed routes suitable for various experience levels. The course traverses five distinct sections, connecting the Novotel with Angaston, Springton, and Williamstown through rolling vineyard roads and scenic countryside. The optional Mengler Hill section offers a challenging climb for those seeking additional elevation.

Each section features dedicated support, regular aid stations, and spectacular vistas of the valley's iconic landscapes. Whether tackling the full 160km challenge or enjoying the 40km experience, every rider enjoys the region's perfect combination of challenging terrain and picturesque scenery.

Full Rider Package: $100 registration + $5,000 fundraising goal

  • Comprehensive weekend experience including flights, accommodation, and all meals

Weekend Rider Package: $100 registration + $3,700 fundraising goal

  • Weekend accommodation, meals, and supported ride experience

Day Rider Package: $100 registration + $1,500 fundraising goal

  • Saturday ride participation with full on-course support and celebration dinner

Supporter Packages also available for non-riding participants
