The Rapha Festive 500 is a global challenge to ride 500 km in the eight days between 24 and 31 December. It began as a way to keep riders motivated over the mid-winter break and has become a rite of passage for cyclists worldwide (Rapha's challenge page).

To take part, join the official challenge on Strava. You can ride solo, with friends, or join organised rides through your local Rapha Clubhouse to chip away at the total (join on Strava).

Well over 100,000 riders register each year, and the challenge has grown from a small event with under 100 participants (Festive 500 explained).
