The Graveler is a 132km gravel race set in some of New Zealand's most remote and spectacular backcountry. Held annually near Hanmer Springs, the route traverses Molesworth Station — a vast, high-country station open to the public for only six weeks a year — along the Acheron and Clarence Rivers before climbing to the Severn-Sedgemere Lakes and returning via Rainbow Road. With 99.7% gravel and 1,724m of elevation, this is a true gravel adventure that is well-suited to gravel bikes, hardtail mountain bikes, and e-bikes (non-competitive section). Open to riders of all abilities, The Graveler creates memories in some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes New Zealand has to offer.
