The Tour of Bright returns for its 31st edition, bringing Australia's most respected amateur stage race to Victoria's breathtaking alpine landscapes. This three-day festival of cycling combines professional-level competition with genuine community spirit, creating an unmissable experience.

From the electrifying Friday night criterium through Bright's town centre to the legendary Mount Buffalo Queen's Stage, this event has earned its reputation as Australia's premier stage race for amateur cyclists. With ten racing categories across masters and elites, the Tour offers both serious competition and unforgettable riding experiences against the backdrop of Victoria's spectacular High Country.

Stage 1 (Gaps Loop): 129.9km (Men's A), 93.7km (all other grades)
Stage 2 (Time Trial): 17.4km (all grades)

Friday Night Criterium: 1km circuit through Bright town centre

Stage 1 - Gaps Loop: Saturday's classic route traverses stunning alpine roads from Pioneer Park through Porepunkah, Ovens and the challenging Rosewhite Gap. Men's A grade tackles an extended course via Bogong Village before all grades finish with the iconic climb to Tawonga Gap Lookout.

Stage 2 - Buckland Valley Time Trial: This 17.4km out-and-back course through the picturesque Buckland Valley combines flat sections with gentle undulations, requiring both power and pacing strategy.

Stage 3 - Mt Buffalo Queen's Stage: Sunday's crown jewel takes riders up the legendary Mount Buffalo climb with its sweeping views and consistent gradient. A grade riders face the additional challenge of the Buckland Valley loop before the final ascent to Dingo Dell.

Friday Night Criterium: The festival kicks off with this high-intensity circuit through Bright's town centre, featuring technical corners and thrilling sprint finishes under the early summer evening sky.
