VICTORIAN MTB CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES ROUND 7 EILDON

Location: VIC
Date: Saturday, February 14, 2026

This is the race that matters most. Round 7 at Eildon doubles as the 2026 Victorian State Championship, awarding 1.5x points and the coveted state championship bands across all categories. As the penultimate round of the series, Eildon determines who claims Victoria's most prestigious XCO titles before the Buxton finale decides the overall series champions.

The State Championship format rewards consistency and peak performance when it counts. With one-and-a-half times the standard points allocation, a strong result at Eildon can vault riders up the series standings, while championship contenders must defend their positions against those hunting them down. This is where Victoria's XCO champions are crowned.

Eildon brings championship racing to the gateway of the High Country, where lake views meet mountain trails and the pressure of state titles creates unforgettable racing. If you're in the hunt for the championship bands or looking to secure your best-five results for the overall series, this is one not to miss.
