Racing Information
The club organizes various racing programs, including:
- Criterium Racing: Held between October and April, with weekly criterium races on Sunday mornings at Glenvale Crescent, Mulgrave, and Tuesday evenings at Sandown International Raceway. These races cater to all levels, from elite professionals to juniors and novices.
- Track Racing: Offered for riders of all levels, with significant support from state and federal government for facilities.
- Winter Road Racing: Conducted over winter, featuring mass start and handicap races east of Melbourne, typically between 80km and 100km.
Training Rides
Regular training sessions are available, including track training for both road and track cyclists, enhancing high-intensity performance and race preparation. CCCC
Junior Development
The club offers a comprehensive training program for junior riders, coached by Olympian Hilton Clarke Snr., which has produced over 15 world and over 100 national champions.
Social Events
CCCC organizes social rides, fostering community among cyclists.
