MORNINGTON CYCLING CLUB
Racing Information
MCC organizes a variety of racing events throughout the year, catering to cyclists of all levels. Prominent events include the annual Club Criterium Championships held at the Dromana circuit, where members compete for championship titles. The club also hosts the Liam Davison Memorial Handicap at the Somers Circuit, honoring the late journalist and cyclist. Regular summer criterium series races are conducted at the Dromana Criterium track, providing competitive opportunities for members.
Training Rides
MCC offers regular training rides open to all cyclists, fostering an inclusive community atmosphere. These rides typically occur on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am, with routes rotating weekly among options such as Dromana, Two Bays, Humphries, and Old Duc. Each route offers unique challenges and scenic views of the Mornington Peninsula, catering to various fitness and skill levels.
Junior Development
Opportunities for younger riders may be available. We encourage prospective junior members to contact the club.
